"Onze geboekte kamer bleek een zgn. binnenkamer, met wel een raam maar met uitzicht op de achterkant van de kamers die uitzicht hadden op de stad of de bergen. Een donkere kamer zonder sfeer. Het verzoek voor een andere kamer werd door de FO zeer vriendelijk en goed opgepakt, daarna mooie kamer op de 6e verdieping met mooi uitzicht."

"Dat we de gordijnen de hele tijd dicht moesten houden omdat onze kamer uitkeek op een gang waar de hele tijd mensen langs konden komen."

"Fijn hotel met ruime kamers en fijne bedden. Het hotel is vrijwel direct gelegen aan het metrostation Myeong-dong uitgang 2 en 3. De kamers waren netjes en werden elke dag even netjes schoongemaakt. Rondom het hotel zijn verschillende restaurantjes, supermarkten en andere winkels te vinden. De gang ruikt erg lekker!"

"Perfect location - walking distance from Namsam Park and on the doorstep of Myeongdong station where most Seoul tours pick up. Main shopping district immediately across the street. Spacious room, clean rooms, lots of bottled water provided. Cleaners always friendly. Secure quiet key cards. Warm rooms, comfy bed"

"Only one light in the room has a switch, and the bathroom light does. You can turn off one light if you fully unplug it, but the other one is behind a fixed table so the only way to turn it off is to fully remove the key card in the wall. When you do that the blue light of the key card holder flashes all night."

"Hotel location is very near to Myeongdong Station and many eateries nearby. The room is always clean and the housekeeping team are very responsive in cleaning the room."

"Breakfast spread is very minimal. It would be great if they could provide more varieties. The yogurt drink were left on the table open air, not even place in a bowl of ice to keep it chill."

"The chair in my room was clean but the upholstery was worn. It needed replacing. Minor complaint I know, but I thought it was worth mentioning. It wouldnt stop me staying there again though."

"The room is spacious and clean. I like the fact that the room key allows access only to your floor maintaining privacy. Hotel is situated right across Myeongdong shopping street amd if you are Muslim, there is a number of halal restaurants within a very short walking distance."
