"This hotel / apartment is the most comfortable, spacious , and downright luxurious place I have ever stayed in. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and views to die for! We felt like high flying celebrities staying in such plush surroundings. We were so very sad to leave this incredible hotel and leaving Busan."

It was very big , super clean, very comfortable. Once you get there you’ll be guided to take the 4th floor for the reception & register. It’s the second tallest building in Korea so it’s very well known by taxis."

"1) The lady who explained the apartment to us could only speak memorized sentences in English. Not all of our questions could be answered and there were misunderstandings. 2) Except for the smart control, all documents are unfortunately only in Korean. It would have been helpful to have an English translation for the numerous remote controls. Washing machine, dryer, television, even the refrigerator, food ordering service is all very complex only with Google Translate. Luckily our daughter can speak Korean. 3) The toilet in the main bathroom was broken - but it was repaired on the first night. 4) The shower door in the main bathroom didn't close completely, so the bathroom was always wet - although we didn't feel like having someone come to fix it. 5) There were three of us, but we only ever received shower towels for two people. 6) Checking in and out is far too complicated. 7) The only way to reach the reception was via a telephone line. As a foreigner, this was extremely difficult as there would be international fees - we refused. The only alternative was to use KakaoTalk, which we had to download separately. There are clearly too many deficiencies for this exclusive hotel."
