"De locatie was mooi in een gezellige wijk met veel restaurants. Je zit hier ook dicht bij Lotte Adventure World. Het personeel was behulpzaam en we hadden een mooie kamer."

"Sommige faciliteiten doen het niet. De airco kun je niet aanzetten in de kamer en volgens een bordje moet je dan een raam open zetten als het warm is, maar ons raam kon niet open. De tv in de badkamer werkt ook niet. De parkeervoorzieningen zijn beperkt."

"Het leek wel een 4 of 5 sterren hotel! Super schoon en alles werd elke dag aangevuld en schoon gemaakt, pas op het moment wanneer jij het hotel verlaat . Geen tijdsdruk of iets dergelijks . Fantastisch verblijf gehad !!"

"The short walking distance to the subway station. The water pressure in the shower. The bed is comfortable."

"The manless check in system. I had to repeat my name multiple times talking to the CCTV, then that staff left me hanging after confirming my booking. I waited for more than 10minutes at the reception until another staff came in physically to the counter. And even then I heard them having mixed up with my booking although I already informed them twice that I will be arriving the next day of my booking. I really hope this check in system can be improved, it's so frustrating."

"the location was good. Buses go directly from the airport to nearby locations. There are many restaurants and markets nearby."

"I like the location of the hotel as it is located between subway line 9 Sport Complex stop and line 2 Jamsil saenae stop. Airport bus 6006 goes direct to both Sport Complex and Jamsil saenae stops making it's very convenience to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Location is buzzing with shops. The room is spacious, very comfortable."

"No bidet for the toilet :( They are trying to go for unmanned reception desk but it was a bit challenging to deal with the staff through the CCTV for check in/out because the staff mostly just talked in Korean. I also called front desk to request for iron but the staff asked me to send the request through e-mail instead is a bit ridiculous to me."

"Good location near subway stations. Travel into the touristy area is about 50 minutes. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and particular compliments to Clara who was very welcoming and chatty each day and helped us with planning and bookings."

"The Location is perfect if you are attending concerts at Jasmil Arena. Lots of eatery around the hotel too. There’s also a photoism booth nearby."
