"Personeel super vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam. Wij kwamen vroeg in de ochtend aan, inchecken was heel begrijpelijk nog niet mogelijk, maar koffers konden we wel in het hotel achterlaten. Wij hadden 3 kamers geboekt, allen waren schoon. Bedden erg comfortabel. Zwembad niet erg groot, maar prima om te ontspannen. Loopafstand naar Pubstreet en markt is minder dan 10 minuten."
"Wij hadden kamers geboekt inclusief ontbijt. Volgens personeel gold dit niet voor het hele gezelschap. Met de manager tot een oplossing gekomen, al denk ik dat de manager het beter had kunnen doen. De vloer in de kamer viel tegen, was erg kaal, geen tegels of zoiets. Ik heb dus nog wel de foto's van de kamers gecheckt en deze zijn misschien toch iets bewerkt."

"The property was clean and in a great location walking distance to the centre of town, river and had lots of restaurants close by. Hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional, they were attentive to our requests (including packed breakfast one morning). Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)"

"It's a nice cozy hotel with basic things available for staying. Clean bedsheets hot water in a shower and comfortable beds. The hotel is located far from the pub street which allows good night sleep. The hotel personnel is very polite and try to accommodate customers needs. We asked for airport pick up for extra money as well- good service."

"The 4 days we were there our room was not refreshed. We even asked for this at reception on our 3rd day and they took down our room number but still it was not done. Another small thing was that there was no cushions on the sub loungers by the pool which would have made it much more comfortable."
