"Lily's Blue View is niet zomaar een verblijf, het is een bestemming op zich. Het is niet geschikt voor iedereen, je moet zin hebben om op een afgelegen locatie van het eiland te genieten. Maar wij hebben echt genoten van onze tijd bij Siam en haar collega's. Zij ontvangt je hartelijk en kookt heel lekker voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Er is geen koelkast in de hutjes, maar ze was altijd bereid om onze thermossen met ijs te vullen zodat we heel de dag door koel water konden drinken. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand is een kwartiertje wandelen, maar wij vonden het ook prima om op de pier of in de hangmatten bij het water te chillen. Als je zin hebt in een typisch kokosnoot in de hand- stranddagje, dan brengt de boot je op simpel verzoek naar Lonely beach. Dankjewel Siam, Glen, Jean en de man die we 'driver' noemden, voor de onvergetelijke tijd."

"You need to remember the property is at the edge of a jungle and there is wildlife around. If you’re afraid of insects, lizards or bats frying around, I would rather stay somewhere else. Same if you expect 5-star hotel amenities- there is no hot water, neither AC. All worth it though!"

"We chose this accommodation to be further away from the tourist masses and parties and closer to nature and it really proved to be the best place on the island for us. The bungalows are simple but they are surrounded by nature, you can snorkel at the pier, and they can take you by boat to Lonely Beach any time you want. Walking to Lonely Beach is also no problem at all (too bad its not such a "lonely" beach, it can get pretty full with lousy western tourists, not necessarily the "nature" types. Which is why it actually felt great to come back at Ocean Blue View every evening. The best part is the incredibly nice family that runs the place. We are grateful to all of them for the nice food and super friendly relaxed vibes, we really enjoyed our 10 days there. Wishing the best to all of them!"

"It is absolutely not the fault of the family, we know it is a complicated issue, but seeing the amounts of trash on the way to Lonely Beach was very depressing. Most of it comes from the sea, but there is just so so much of it and nobody bothers to clean it anymore. It also made us feel very guilty about buying water bottles every day, it would be nice if the family could provide a water refill station with purified water (it should actually be an obligation in every tourist facility in this country that is drowning in plastic). Living without proper internet for 10 days can be tough. Bring a Smart SIM card for better coverage, the Metfone signal is almost non-existant. The local dishes are good and with lots of fresh vegetables but for our taste there could have been a bigger choice of real khmer dishes. The menu is too westernized :)"

"Everything. The location is amazing, it’s like you are on paradise. The hosts were amazing, made us feel like home. Let me tell you a story:- my girlfriend loves fishing and she really wanted to do it in afternoon. So the hosts took us to fishing even if that was not appropriate time, they just acted to make her day. How cute is that. I will remember this trip. Highly recommended."

"Probably the best place we stayed during our holiday (and we’ve been to some great ones)! Such a beautiful place, peaceful, remote (but still easy to reach). Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There is a great little restaurant on site where you can choose from so many lovely dishes and drinks. The cabins are basic, but that is part of the charm, more importantly: they are really clean, cosy (nice art), great mosquito net, lovely porch. You can walk to different beaches, but they can also take you by boat to and from Lonely Beach anytime you want (for free). So helpful to arrange a boat trip (with snorkeling) with the lovely neighbors at Lily’s, to rent a scooter of take care of a Tuktuk for picking up and returning to Long Set Pier. We stayed here for 5 days and easily could have stayed longer if we didn’t have a plane to catch back home. We couldn’t recommend this place more!"
