"Coconut heeft een leuke tuin. Wij hadden een groot balkon, een ruime kamer (met airco) en een ruime badkamer met heerlijke douche met warm water. Het ontbijt bestaat uit een heerlijke croissant, fruit, jam , honing en naar wens koffie of thee. Host Eugene is altijd in voor en praatje en kan tours voor je regelen. Kampot is een overzichtelijk en gezellig stadje waar veel eetgelegenheden zijn voor elk budget. Coconut bevindt zich iets uit het centrum maar met fiets, brommer of grab ben je zo in het centrum. Wij hebben steeds fietsen kunnen lenen van Eugene."

"Eugene, we really enjoyed our stay with you. The buzzword for the vibe of the place is relaxing. I enjoyed a bit of birdwatching from the balcony every morning and meeting up with the dogs and the parakeets every day. We will definitely be staying again if we come out to see our son & his wife."

"Eugene is a fantastic host , warm, friendly and very helpful. Delicious breakfast served outside the room with fresh fruits and probably the best croissants in town . Room was very clean and spacious with great little extra such as lighting to read, dimmer fir tge general light , a hook for keys etc… hot shower in bathroom and great view in the garden with beautiful trees and animals. There’s also bicycles available to use for free."

"Eugene was a great host. The place is peaceful and close to everything. I stayed several nights in a large room and rented a scooter at the lodge for a great price. The croissant at breakfast was awesome and a lot of fruits with it."

"Eugene was a really welcoming host. He took the time to welcome us, was helpful and booked us a trip to Bokor National Park on short notice. The first night there was some noise from dogs barking in the area that disrupted our sleep. Eugene was accommodating and moved us to another room where we were able to sleep without disruption. The breakfast (lots of fruit, an excellent croissant, juice and tea/coffee) was large and delicious. Breakfast was just outside the room on the balcony/terrace with a nice view of the garden and mountains in the distance. We got laundry done twice. It was a great price and everything was well taken care of. The location is within a 15 minute walk to town or you can get a tuktuk for around 1 dollar."

"The rooms could be cleaner. Down the sides of beds and around the sink in the bathroom. The dogs barking was a downside. We're light sleepers so if you're a sound sleeper this might not be a problem for you, and wasn't a problem in all the rooms. We noticed a lot of dogs around Kampot town so we're not even sure this problem wouldn't happen elsewhere in town."
