"The house we stayed at was very nice. It has ample room and it’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was in gated community, the area has 2 restaurants and beach access.
Since it was a business trip, it's very difficult to find a hotel in the area - I think this is a good alternative."

Located in a pleasant and well-lit area, the building offers excellent convenience with a supermarket, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was mostly quiet and comfortable, with an acceptable noise level that made the stay relaxing.
The building is secure and requires access keys for entry. It also features a children’s play area, making it a great option for families. Although I didn’t rent a car during this visit, the building provides on-site parking, which is a valuable addition.
The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the internet speed was fast enough for everyday tasks including work and streaming."

"The rooms were spacious and had everything you need. The location was good for us as it is not far from the airport and it is near Osh bazaar. It is a bit far from the city centre, but with Yandex it is easily reachable. There is also a public gym downstairs that you can use for 300 som.
We really appreciated flexibility and helpfulness of the hotel manager. We had some trouble and he quickly and with fair attitude solved the problem. I would recommend staying here."
