"Despite being outside the centre, the hotel is well-situated in the southern part of the city within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I really was impressed with the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful."
"There was a very odd situation with the room cleaning staff - every day something wasn't quite right or missing. On two days I had to call down for towels, another day the tea/coffee wasn't replaced, one day I returned to find the cleaner's rubber gloves in the bathroom... there was no consistency. Slightly annoying, but nothing that wasn't put right immediately when I rang reception."

"Zeer lieve mensen. De gastheer spreekt Engels. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. We kregen nog een muzikaal afscheid door de zoon (op komuz). Het guesthouse ligt een beetje afgelegen maar is desalniettemin op een boogscheut van het nationale park Ala Archa."
