"1. You aren't allowed second portions at breakfast even though there was plenty of food left over for other guests 2. Limited shuttle times 3. Expensive taxi service 4. Dinner service was pretty slow and chef decided he won't have time to cook our meal even though order was placed about 9.30pm 5. There was no hot water one morning but that was issue with national water supply"

"The location of the hotel was what i wanted so near to the airport but it was also quiet away from the main road. I was really surprised how clean and modern the hotel was. I did have a problem with one of the window lock broken but fortunately they had an another room available that they moved me into in a very quick space of time. The staff were very friendly and they also had a shuttle service to the airport which was quite handy."

"Marsha on the front desk was lovely and when on duty took care of our needs during our stay. There is a free hotel shuttle going to and from the airport about four times a day and to the beach and back once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Everything felt new and extremely clean.  The bed was very comfortable."

"The breakfast catered very well for Jamaicans with offerings such as ackee and salt fish which I was told was excellent, but there was an extremely limited menu for others like myself. The airport is a three minute drive away and the driver of the shuttle would have been happy to take us as he was just hanging around but the hotel would not let him as they said he had to stick rigidly to the times on the schedule printed in the lobby.  We needed to go in between those times and it would have been less than a 10 minute round trip for him. They were totally inflexible for no reason which was disappointing and mean! "

"Some rooms were a little too tight. Having been here twice the room with the King size bed was a little tight kept hitting my foot on the bed. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling. The internet was horribly choppy all the movies kept pausing. The food at the restaurant was on the pricier side, for lunch and dinner, expect to pay US$66 and up, on an average meal for two including drinks. Didn't like that the best view for our money was the dumpster across the street."
