"Een romantisch en sfeervol hotel met waanzinnig uitzicht op zee! Ontbijt geef je voor de tijd door via een formulier en wordt geserveerd aan de rand van het zwembad, erg mooi. Privé strand is ook super mooi. De locatie staat vol met mooie bloemen en palmbomen."

"De kamer was een beetje gedateerd. De geiser maakte vreselijk veel lawaai zodra je warm water nodig had en hing in de badkamer. Douchecabine ook erg klein."

"Ons verblijf in Residence Fenicia was prettig, maar had nog prettiger gekund. Dit heeft niks te maken met het personeel, de ligging tussen het centrum en het strand, het zwembad (en jacuzzi) of het uitzicht op de baai vanuit de hotelkamers. Die waren allemaal super. Helaas was de locatie van ons appartement dat niet. Net achter het centrale hek, tussen de vuilnisbakken (allemaal goed gescheiden dus wel duurzaam) en de parkeerplaatsen in staat, zoals wij het noemen, het “portiershuisje”. Voor prijs die je voor dit appartement betaald verwacht je in ieder geval het mooie uitzicht over de baai. Ook een verse rol wc papier en een douche waar een volwassen man wel in past zou fijn zijn. Zouden we aanraden om Residence Fenicia te bezoeken. Zeker, alleen wel even checken of je niet in het portiershuisje zit."

"Such a great location, great views, really friendly staff who are happy to help. Convenient for beach (white sand, clear waters), plenty of parking so you can explore the island in your own hire car, and private beach that had plenty of beds and a lifeguard. Room was big enough and shower was hot. Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed 6 nights, breakfast was good, poolside drinks were good too. We didn't try other food (lunch) here. Not a bad walk into town and a very short drive."

"Sunbeds could do with some cushions on them as they're not so comfy (are clean)! I think there might have been some different info given at reception depending on who was working that day as I learnt a lot when I was waiting to check out and the people in front were checking in :-) Air conditioning didn't work at all (it's on the wall but doesn't function) so I wouldn't want to go in the height of summer."

"The location is amazing: really close to Villasimius and with a view of the beach and the ocean. The shuttlebus option was super convenient and made it really easy to visit the private beach. It is wonderful that a sun umbrella and 2 beds are included in your stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool. The breakfast was delicious and is a great way to start your day."

"The path to our apartment was not super easy accessible. It would be more convenient to have stairs instead of a slope and a path instead having to walk on the grass. Especially with a 2,5 year old child this would have been more comfortable."

"Spacious, very clean apartment with a lovely terrace and great view. Air conditioning worked perfectly, staff were very helpful, and the beach shuttle was excellent. The only thing missing was an oven in the kitchen, otherwise everything was perfect."
