La Civetta is a small luxury B&B set in an 18th century building in the centre of Foggia. Its designer rooms come with balcony, private bathroom. The original décor at this family-run B&B is inspired by the history of cinema. Each spacious room comes with flat-screen, and free WiFi. Bathrooms are fully equipped with avant-gardistisch shower and toiletry set. A continental breakfast is served in guests' rooms every morning. There are a range of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighbourhood. The guest house is well connected to public transport - Foggia Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away. The town of San Giovanni Rotondo, gateway to the Gargano National Park, is a 1-hour journey by car or bus.

"Aardig contact met de gastvrouw, ondanks dat ik zat te rommelen met de toegangscode, prachtige kamer met alles erop en eraan. Super locatie, midden in het centrum van Foggia. Je kan overal in de stad heen lopen. Dat is ook weleens makkelijk. Parkeren was ook geen probleem, kan prima in de buurt van de kamer."
"Tegenvallen is een groot woord, maar de trap naar het appartement is wel een dingetje. Ben je slecht ter been of iets dergelijks, niet doen!"

"Uiteindelijk geen probleem maar wel verwarrend dat je met de auto aan de achterkant terechtkomt en je het blokje om moet lopen ( niet erg, slechts 100m… als je weet hoe er te geraken tenminste. Toch ook liefst aangeven dat de B&B op de eerste verdieping ligt en enkel met een behoorlijk stijle trap bereikbaar is (travel light ;-)"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
