"Net, schoon hotel vlakbij / direct aan het strand gelegen. Prettige nette kamers, wij hadden er 2, een was recent gerenoveerd, de ander (nog) niet. Voor ons was het een fijn verblijf nabij het strand en een leuk waterpark voor onze kinderen."
"Na reserveren kreeg je direct bericht waarin vooral de nadruk lag op dat je na uitchecken geen gebruik meer kon maken van het parkeerterrein en het strand (waar overigens ondanks midden hoogseizoen op beide plekken meer dan voldoende ongebruikte plek was). Maakt niet zoveel uit, maar het bericht, wat direct de eerste indruk van het hotel beïnvloedt, wekt de indruk dat het hotel je zo snel mogelijk weg wilt hebben en vooral, door een aantal andere delen van het bericht, interesse lijkt te hebben in incasseren. Dit is overigens helemaal niet meer zo als je eenmaal bij het hotel bent, dus dit is meer bedoeld als feedback om het "welkomstbericht" misschien wat anders in te delen / te formuleren."
