"From the moment we arrived, we truly felt at home. It's clear that this is a family-run business, where great care is taken to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. We were warmly greeted late at night by their young son, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and felt completely at ease. "the whole ambience was bright and airy, with no buildings across the wide street running along the coast. Very well placed to visit the south east of sicily, minutes from Avola, Noto, Marzamemi.... and indeed Siracusa/ ortigia. Having a secured parking lot on its own grounds was also peace of mind. Good restaurants at less than 15 minutes distance."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
