"Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een city-trip Bologna."
"We hadden check-in tijd 21:00-22:00 aangegeven en deze was bevestigd. Maar om 20:11 krijgen we whatssapp bericht dat we copy paspoort per whatsapp moeten sturen om de inlogcode te ontvangen. Dit werkte overigens uitstekend, maar de receptie hebben we in de 2 dagen dat we verbleven niet gezien, ook de toeristenbelasting contant op de kamer achter gelaten. Het zou beter zijn dat als er fysiek niemand aanwezig is, dat dan verder van tevoren aan te geven - wij waren in ieder geval zelf online dus voor ons verliep het goed, maar het was wel vreemd."

"One tiny thing - having to ask for a key to the safe from reception. It would have been easier if I’d have been asked when I checked in and paid any deposit then and there which I would have been happy to do."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
