"De ligging van het hotel beviel mij. De omgeving waarin het hotel zich bevindt is zeer rustig. Er is een vaporettohalte vlakbij. Onze kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en het beddengoed werd dagelijks verschoond. Voor mijn verjaardag bakte de gastvrouw een minitaartje met felicitaties. Wij waren erg blij. Ook op de dag van vertrek konden we onze bagage in het hotel achterlaten en een wandeling door de stad maken. Tijdens het ontbijt was het personeel altijd vriendelijk en gastvrij"

"De kamer was een beetje klein, maar dat is niet zo erg. en ik dacht dat de kamer uitzicht zou hebben op het kanaal. maar het is niet zo eng"

"The property is a lovely tall Venetian house and directly on a small canal. Our hosts were incredibly kind and provided an excellent breakfast and wonderful conversation. We loved our stay and were sad to only be there one night."

"The bathroom fan was motion sensitive so it got very loud in the middle of the night but that’s a minor issue."

"It was a very convenient accomodation. Even if we choosed this location for the proximity of the venue where we've had an event it turned out it was a perfect location for the days when we where in holiday as well: close enough to the S. Marco Square but far enough to avoid congestion. Tasty (and enough) breakfast, very-very clean room."

"I loved the location as it was close to lovely restaurants, shops etc. Not far from the centre of the city but lacked the busyness of the centre which we liked. The breakfast was great and staff were so lovely and attentive."
