"Great place! Wonderful location 50 meters from the ocean, a quiet and peaceful place where you can feel close to nature. The rooms are simply furnished, clean, with comfortable beds, and the breakfasts are delicious. The owner, Julia, is very friendly and simply a very nice person. Thank you and best regards :)"

"Lonkot ist ein Einzelgehöft nördlich von Hofsos. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Julia, die Eignerin war sehr engagiert und warmherzig. Morgens gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück."

"A gem of a place to stay. Great location on the water. We awoke to whales, dolphins and a pup seal and mom. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated. The host was kind and took time to tell us about the area. Breakfast was good assortment. Would highly recommend and hope to be able to visit again."

"Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der Küste. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt weit weg von aller Hektik. Die Gastgeberin war total nett, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt."

"Geweldige afsluiting van onze reis door Ijsland. Wat een uitzicht! Een prachtige ruimte, loungehoek heerlijk, lekker bed, handdoeken. Zo wil ik wel wonen! Ik wilde niet meer naar buiten, maar heerlijk cocoonen en naar de Ocean kijken. Of in het donker naar de lichtjes van Reijkjavik aan de overkant."
