"Very cozy, family house. It has everything you need, a bonus hot tub. The greenhouse has very tasty cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, many thanks to the hosts for the treat. It is necessary to note the kind dog that came to visit us. Being in the house there was a feeling of comfort and pleasure."

"A small gem for anyone who needs a base to visit Snaefellsnes Peninsula or the Golden Circle. The property is a separate house located on the farm. It has a parking spot, naturally heated floors, 2 bedrooms and a living room. Very spacious for 4 people. We loved the hot tub, which Eirikur thoughtfully prepared for us so that it was ready upon arrival, and we and the kids loved selecting a few tomatoes and cucumbers for our dinner (the cherry tomatoes are absolutely delicious). Eirikur even graciously offered to pull a cable from his shed so that we could charge our car! There is even a tiny tiny hotspring right next to the property!"

"We loved everything about the house. It was clean, spatious, well furnished and beautifully decorated. The beds were great and the rooms could be darkened for a comfortable night's rest. The surroundings of the house are amazing. It is has a tranquil atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the view of the horses and mountains in the distance. The greenhouse is simply magical and the hot tub is definitely the cherry on top."

"A smartly presented, detached cottage in a very quiet rural location, it had its own hot tub on the deck and a really good feel to it."

"Everything! The property was beautiful. The house was spacious and comfortable and impeccably decorated. The hot tub was also a much loved feature. The surroundings were incredible - peaceful, scenic. The host greeted us shortly after arrival and was very friendly, inviting us to also pick some vegetables from his greenhouse. The experience of our stay here was certainly one of my highlights of our entire Iceland trip."

"Not much to be improved upon. Maybe an extra set of towels - one set for the hot tub, one set for showering. Groceries were about a 20 minute drive away, but we easily worked that in our return from our day trips. Really, we have no complaints!"

"Spacious and beautiful little house located close to Borgarnes. Has its own hot tub and the owners allow you to visit and sample tomatoes from their geothermal heated greenhouse. Lovely place for some R&R."
