"Good communication, clear instructions for key collection, etc. Cleaned well. Very good location near city centre. Spacious room, excellent internet connection. Comfortable bed, good heating control (radiator valves), good facilities (kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.), adequate wardrobe/shelf space for clothes etc."

"Shower head didn't fit properly and was always falling off it's bracket, furniture was a bit cheap and flimsy (but adequate), no sofa or other "soft" seating, no curtain over one of the windows (just the blackout blind, which didn't keep all the light out), window and door frames needed re-painting."

"We had a very good stay at this apartment in the heart of Akureyri. The location is perfect—right in the city center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Akureyri!"

"The accommodation is well-equipped, clean, and surprisingly spacious. It has the best location in town, and the host is very responsive."

"The kitchen would benefit from having a smaller pot or pan. That's all it needs."

"Great place, I loved it. It had everything I needed, nice view of the church and very central."

"The place was fine. I called to find out how to get the key. The person didn't want to talk to me; she said it was in an e-mail from a few months ago. She resent it. As far as I can tell, I haven't paid for our stay yet. I don't know how to check for sure. It's not on my credit card bill. Surely somebody will want the money and will contact me. Will it be booking.com or the property owner?"

"Aucun."

"This was a lovely place in a great location! I loved the balcony space and how clean everything was. The water pressure on the sink / shower was excellent. It was nice to have access to a refrigerator, and a coffee maker, and many other amenities! "

"It was so hard to find! More detail is needed for the check-in process, given you do it yourself. Most people probably won’t care, but important to note there isn’t a television (but the wifi is good). In addition, the hallways smelled like smoke."
