"I had a very pleasant stay overall. Starting with the staff — whether it was the security at the entrance, the bell staff, reception, restaurant, or bar — everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was good, and the rooms were very spacious. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were, as you couldn’t hear any noise from the street. From the lobby, you can hear some sound due to the open layout, but it’s not disturbing. The pool area, however, was not particularly well designed and could use some improvement. All in all, it’s a good hotel. Please don’t take this the wrong way — I mean it kindly — it’s a solid 4-star experience, but not quite 5-star 😉"

"The resort is set in a beautiful and quiet location beside the Arabian Sea in North Kerala. Situated in glorious landscaped gardens, the cottages which serve as rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The two restaurants serve delicious, individually prepared food and all the resorts friendly staff do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. if you just wish to sit and relax you can do so either on your cottage's private varanda or beside the magnificent infinity pool. If you are feeling more active, you can walk for as far as the eye can see along the deserted beach, borrow pedal bikes to cycle around the local area, visit the nearby historic fort or go further afield to explore Kerala's hill region, all of which we would recommend. The resort also provides a comprehensive spa where you can opt for a number of therapies and free yoga in the mornings or private sessions if you prefer."

"They didn’t mention about breakfast so not sure it was included or not. There was no light and backup facilities and without light they were not agreed to negotiate on price as well. It was very late evening and they asked to look for other hotel but not able to give any discounts. Also they gave unpacked water tap water. I really don’t understand who give water in such a way like road side hotel"

"We stayed there on 8th December. The rooms and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The location is superb as it is at a 10-15 minutes walking distance to the main fort. There are restaurants at walking distance as well. The only negative was that the Kitchen was closed and hence had to go out for food. As everything was available at a walking distance, this was not a major issue considering the cleanliness of the room and the bathrooms."

"Excellent resort. Luvd the heritage look of the property& way it has been maintained Full marks for ambience. Hospitality of staff outstanding right from coordinating booking with Ramya ( the reservation manager)who patiently attended to all the to & fro due to multiple ammendments & attending to calls immediately even beyond duty hours. Very professional attitude. Special mention to Akshay for arranging a cake & impromptu celebration for my mom's 78th birthday. She was very touched. Special thank you to Wahila for getting Pitla bhakri specially served for us to taste authentic Maratha cuisine. Rest of staff too had a pleasant & friendly attitude. All in all a wonderful stay."
