"Een simpel maar voldoende diversiteit aan cereals/melk ontbijt en altijd ook een gekookt ei. Koffie en thee. Dorraine is een goede gastvrouw en erg aardig en vertelt graag over het Joodse leven. Het bed sliep goed. Koelkastje aanwezig en airco. De badkamer was schoon, fijne douche."

"De kamer is qua ruimte echt alleen om te slapen. De wifi is alleen boven in de huiskamer/eetkamer goed, maar in de slaapkamer - basement - zeer matig."

"De gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw, haar goede zorgen voor haar gast. Het voelde als een warm bad. Alles wat ik nodig had was er, en meer. Nogmaals dank voor alles Dorraine. May God bless you!"

"It’s very friendly. Dorraine is home most of the time and it’s lovely to talk to her. Breakfast is good and Dorraine makes her own cinnamon tea you can have whenever you want. The location is close to the centre of the city and there are lots of buses 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a fridge in your room which is great. And I liked the codes for the apartment so you don’t have to carry around a key."

"The 4 lane Hebron road is very busy so in my room it did wake me up. Earplugs helped. Small issues - The room was a bit cramped and fuller pillow cases would be great."

Dorraine is a wonderful woman and getting to know her was an absolute privilege! The location is perfect, the rooms are cosy and super comfortable. Do yourself a favour and skip the anonymous hotel room for Dorraine’s and feel the warmth and love that embrace you the second you step into her house."

"I have been to Jerusalem several times now and I can say that Dorraines Jerusalem Bed & Breakfast is an excellent place to stay. If you don't just want to see Jerusalem, but also want to get to know it, this is the best choice, because you are warmly integrated into the life of Jerusalem and have the opportunity not only to enjoy the family atmosphere, but also to get to know numerous residents of Jerusalem, friends and acquaintances of the family. I will always remember the Shabbat dinners with their excellent food, but also the everyday life with its many conversations. The house itself is very nice, stylishly furnished and centrally located. From the kitchen you have a spectacular view of the city and the beautiful German Colony is within walking distance. The family is extremely hospitable and at the same time very discreet: you can choose how much interaction you want and can always withdraw."

"The nearby Hebron Road can be a bit noisy in places, but this is not a real problem as it is about 100m away."
