"Het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk, net het nodige maar er kon geen lachje vanaf."
"Gewoon alles was goed! Hotel wilt klasse, geschiedenis, enz. uitstralen en doet dat ook. Personeel aan de ontvangstbalie is vriendelijk maar meer terughoudend dan in een B&B bijvoorbeeld. Stuk losser in de bar en restaurant. Kamer was heel mooi: meubilair, inrichting en zicht op binnentuin. Parking gemakkelijk toegankelijk via achteringang. Mooi binnentuin."
"Het hotel is een oase van rust op een drukke baan en kruispunt. De parking is rustig tot aan de uitgang, dan moet je de drukke N15 op. Voordeel is wel dat als je van ergens terugkomt is binnenrijden op de parking gewoon zalig!"

"Home from home feeling, relaxed friendly atmosphere, lots of places to sit and relax with a drink or just relax in front of open fires. Food exceptional, extensive choice in buffet breakfast, dinner menu varied with everything we had very good indeed. Staff are all lovely, nothing too much trouble."
"Nothing really about the hotel. Location is ok, there is a forest river walk nearby. May not suit young family, attractions are a drive away."

The hotel is in a great location , within easy walking distance to the main street with popular bars and excellent restaurants. I would be more than happy to stay again."
