"De accomodatie is wat verouderd maar voldoende voor twee nachten verblijf"
"De locatie is prima als je een auto hebt. Je kunt gratis parkeren. De eigenaar is wat stug, maar zeer behulpzaam. We konden gebruik maken van een magnetron in de lounge. We hadden koffie en thee op de kamer. Ontbijt is inbegrepen in de prijs!"

"Onze gastheer was een vriendelijke oudere man, die geen complimenten verkocht maar alles prima regelde. We kregen een (continentaal) ontbijt, dat bleek in de prijs inbegrepen, wat van "Kate's Rest" toch wel één van de meest interessante opties maakt in het dure Ierland. De ligging is ook bijzonder goed: in een rustige landelijke omgeving op een 20-tal minuten rijden van Kilkenny."

"Kate’s Rest as always is the perfect place to stay. Not too far away from the main motorway. It has well equipped kitchens, fresh linen and the rooms are spacious, plenty of hot water, comfy beds and pillows. There are also the basic essentials like tea, coffee, sugar milk etc... We have stayed there a few times now as it’s so peaceful and we will certainly come back again for sure. The hosts are always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating."

"A real home away from home, very comfortable with great kitchens and bathrooms, WiFi is brilliant and the place is very clean,Oliver is a real gentleman and there is plenty to eat in the breakfast room in the mornings along with plenty of tea and coffee, location is peaceful and in between Freshford and Urlingford which have nice local bars, takeaways and restaurants, all in all a great spot to spend a few days with family or friends."

"Lovely area, close to a river walk and around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Buncrana. Lidl and Aldi are a 2-minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. Very cosy and clean. The host had kindly left us wheaten bread and some milk. A lovely lady ❤️"

The location was amazing watching the cruise ships going by from the window was an absolute favourite...walking distance to the beach...we enjoyed our time staying in Findale and will definitely be back..."
