"Leuke kleine bungalows vlak aan het strand. De bungalows hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi ingerichte omgeving van het zwembad. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen en alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Vlakbij het strand en een gezellige strandbar. Heel leuk om te snorkelen in de lagoon."

"Patrick en Lisbeth zijn 2 geweldige mensen. Ophaal.van vliegveld, direct even stoppen bij supermarkt om alvast wat spullen te kopen. De gastvrijheid die je direct voelt. Je kunt voor alle vragen bij ze terecht en ze helpen waar ze kunnen. Ook de accommodatie was super. Op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer. Hierdoor hebben wij een super vakantie gehad op het prachtige Barbados 😊😊"

"The location is handy to town if you do not have a car it is a quick 5 minute walk to the main centre. It had all the necessities for our stay. We loved the deck and how quiet it was. The rooms were comfortable and having mesh windows reduced the mozzie bites. The images of the property are exactly what we you get when you hire this beautiful place."

Would have been great to have air con in the back room but the heat was manageable.

Not the best area in Paternoster, although to be fair within walking distance of everything, the exterior gates were hard work, they need to be fixed / maintained properly, chunky thick wine glasses not really what you want to drink quality wine out of

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

Eigenlijk niets.

"Prachtige villa op een rustgevende locatie, ver weg van de drukte. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, de host is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam indien nodig! Je parkeert eenvoudig voor de deur en er is goede WiFi. De bedden slapen heerlijk en we kregen vers brood van de eigenaar. Echt een oase van rust!"

"Mooi huis op compound met beveiliging dus erg veilig gevoeld. 1 badkamer prachtig gerenoveerd. Grote tuin. Bij navraag vooraf bleek er geen föhn beschikbaar te zijn, maar de eigenaar heeft er speciaal voor ons (en volgende gasten) eentje aangeschaft, super lief!! Ook lag er wat lekkers klaar bij aankomst!"

Geen vaatwasser. Er waren veel gras branden in de omgeving, dus veel stank overlast waardoor we onze was niet buiten wilden ophangen...

"Dit is het ultieme voorbeeld van een ‘home always from home’. Maya is in de wieg gelegd om host te zijn. Ze doet echt alles om je niet alleen onmiddellijk thuis te laten voelen maar ook dat je reis zo goed mogelijk verloopt. Tips alom! Alles met de glimlach en op een niet-opdringerige manier. De kamers bieden alle basis-comfort, zijn kraakproper en de bedden garandere een goede nachtrust (dit is soms anders in Nepal 😉). Vlakbij de hustle and bustle van het drukkere gedeelte van Lakeside maar met een tuin waar je heerlijk kan genieten. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en is op maat. Elke dag tovert Shaundra (sorry als ik het verkeerd zeg) iets heerlijks op je bord. Kortom, dit verblijf is een warm adresje gerund door mensen met een hart, een aanrader!"

"The location was excellent, its best suited for families and those who want to spend time in solitude a little away from hustle and bustle of main road. House is well equipped with ameneties. Be prepared with your own stuff and its like living in your own home."

Nothing But a word of caution the road to house comes down from main Abbottabad road for 6 minutes through some steep slopes, tight turns and a beautiful forest. In the Morning its amazing, at night chance of getting panicked. Dont panick! Just make sure your car has good engine, tyres and breaks.

The house was somewhat far from the center (~30m walk), but if you have a car or bike it's not a big deal

"Host very helpful. Location and view are perfect. Well equipped with microwave and fridge, bottle opener and a few other helpful items."

Windows are not very soundproof, so for me, sleeping was difficult, but for a few nights, stay worth using ear plugs as the location is great.

"Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und komfortabel, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir zwei Bäder hatten und der schöne Garten, in dem man gemütlich frühstücken konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit dass für uns traditionelles Essen gekocht wird, was sehr lecker war, und unsere Wäsche gewaschen wird. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich und freuen uns, nochmal wieder zu kommen :)"

"The location is beautiful as there is a view on both the mountains and the sea. It is not walking distance to Jiufen which is a good thing because it's too busy there and I rather drive a few minutes for a visit and then back to some peace and quiet. The couple that owns and runs the hotel are very nice and helpful. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast sitting outside the hotel looking at this amazing view"
