Eigenlijk niets, maar als we dan iets moeten noemen dan de slaapbank (kraakt wel behoorlijk). Het gewone bed is superfijn!

Het avondeten kun je beter in het stadje Wadi Musa zelf halen.

"This is the best place where you can stay! It's clean and comfortable and maybe not in the very center town but you meet a very nice , friendly and lovely family. In Italy we say "you find a friend, you find a treasure", this is what you're going to live."

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

Erg afgelegen, zonder auto/ taxi kom je nergens. Ook ver van de Fishermen’s trail af, maar gelukkig rijden er veel ubers.

"Dit hostel is super schoon en heeft hele comfortabele en ruime bedden met een eigen ingebouwd nachtkastje. De kluizen zijn groot en ik kon er mijn backpack gemakkelijk in kwijt. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en meedenkend, bijvoorbeeld met de aankomst- en vertrektijden."

"Our group of 20 had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stellas in Ziemupe. The holiday home exceeded our expectations, with 10 spacious bedrooms that perfectly accommodated each couple. The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition, and having a private beach just 400 meters away was a dream! We spent a beautiful day and night enjoying the peaceful surroundings and watching a stunning sunset by the sea. The two kitchens, one large and one smaller, made meal preparations easy and seamless for our group. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and that we had everything we needed. The thoughtful amenities provided made our weekend stay feel effortless and relaxing. "De locatie was zeer moeilijk te bereiken wegens grote infrastructuur werkzaamheden. Ik heb toen de eigenaar gebeld (omstreeks 23.30) en hij is me komen ophalen. Aangekomen in het hotel vroeg hij me of ik nog iets wou eten. Hij is dan nog beginnen koken voor mij."

As all activities and transport are organized by the host, I sometimes had to wait quite long time for the driver to arrive. This was not the hosts fault, but it is important to know when planning a trip to Tanna.
