"The family who own the house are all very friendly and extremely helpful. They made me feel very welcome and were incredibly patient with all of my questions in my dodgy Spanglish. They have a few dogs but all were absolutely lovely to be around and the family made sure to keep the house very clean. For the budget price they offer this place is amazing. I would highly recommend it."

"Ismael was the perfect host and very attentive, for the price given it's location we weren't expecting luxury and enjoyed our stay, the three things that marked this property down were, the musty smell not helped by lack of ventilation in the shower and toilet area, the lack of hot water and the noise from the local cockerels, dogs and workmen (most of which were outside of Ismael's control). Great location just a 5 minute walk to the main road from El Remate to Tikal. I would highly recommend this property for anyone travelling on a low budget and looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation with basic expectations."

"Las cabañas se encuentran en un callejón silencioso así que aunque hayan más huéspedes, no se escucha nada. Tienen acceso al club, donde se puede ingresar a la laguna y hacer kayak además, la cabaña tiene jacuzzi. El espacio está bien utilizado y bien cuidado.."
