"Het ontbijt met uitzicht op zee en aan het strand was heerlijk! Ook de ligging t.o.v. de winkeltjes en restaurantjes was perfect!"

"Er staan bordjes dat handdoekjes leggen voor 9uur in de ochtend niet is toegestaan. Als je na 8uur bij het zwembad komt is er echter geen vrij bedje meer te vinden, maar er liggen geen mensen op. Dit zouden ze kunnen voorkomen door de bedjes aan het strand gratis te maken. OF door alle handdoeken die er om 9uur liggen weg te halen."

"De kamers zijn erg verouderd, kaal en kil. De eetzaal was lawaaierig en het licht was er heel naar. Ook vonden wij het eten niet goed. Wanneer je in het zwembad ligt wordt je omringd door kamers die op je uitkijken. De straat waarin het hotel staat is rommelig en nodigt niet echt uit. Toch hebben we er samen een leuke vakantie van gemaakt, ook door in het hotel een auto te huren en er lekker op uit te gaan. De meneer van de autoverhuur is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijke."

"Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Het personeel is vriendelijk en staan je altijd te hulp. Wel jammer om tijdens arrivatie te ontdekken dat er 6 complexen zijn van Sun Beach waarvan ik in een van de oude verbleef. Het hotel is wel de vier sterren waar vanwege de hygiëne en faciliteiten, maar qua renovatie en bouw is het 3 sterren waard."

"Uitgebreid ontbijt met optie tot binnen en buiten zitten. 3 zwembaden om uit te kiezen, heel fijn voor de afwisseling. Het restaurant aan het strand was top met heel mooi uitzicht. Stadje op loopafstand met veel leuke restaurants. Ruime kamer die elke dag schoongemaakt werd. Supermarkt bij het hotel heeft een uitgebreid assortiment waar je lekker gekoelde drankjes kon halen. (Wij hadden geen all inclusive) Hebben ook een auto gehuurd bij het hotel, was goed geregeld. Personeel bij de receptie is heel behulpzaam! Het personeel was overigens overal heel aardig."

"De sportschool was erg heet, zelfs vroeg in de ochtend. Bij het adults only zwembad werd geen toezicht gehouden of er ook echt alleen volwassenen lagen. Voor een bedje bij het zwembad moest je vroeg aanwezig zijn, er waren helaas handdoekleggers actief."

"A very nice hotel, three swimming pools, a cozy, beautiful, and clean room, delicious breakfasts, polite and pleasant staff. On the day of departure, they gave me a lovely gift. I had a great vacation! I really liked Rhodes."

"The facilities were very nice, and overall I was satisfied with the all-inclusive service. I am very sensitive to cleanliness and was a little apprehensive considering it is a southern place, but they managed to surprise me. Unfortunately, I only read after the book that the hotel is divided into two main sections, and I assumed that we had been assigned to the rear garden section, which, according to reviews, is in poorer condition. I asked to change room and was willing to pay for it, but in the end they provided us with better accommodation at no extra charge (obviously the timing was right, as the hotel was no fully booked). I accidentally broke a glass in the room, but they didn't make a problem about it and handled everything very kindly."

"We were traveling with a small child, and the playroom was not a good experience. It is open for only a short time, and the staff was unpleasant. When we went in, children left without their parents were sitting in front of a laptop watching cartoons. It was open until 5:30 p.m., so we went in at 4:50 p.m., thinking we had time, but then the lady came at 5:02 p.m. and told us to leave because it was closing time. Because she had to mop and tidy up by 5:30 p.m. and always did so. Obviously, this caused tears. The child would have liked the mini disco, but it was so loud that it disturbed her. The water in the pools was very cold, much colder than the sea itself, which meant that the child couldn't enjoy the children's pools, which was a big disappointment. When renting a car/motorcycle, the hotel's partner insisted that a 1-day rental was from morning to evening, not from morning to morning. I encountered this in several places on the island, but finally found a morning-to-morning option. When the clerk saw that I had found it elsewhere, he offered to let me rent from morning to morning the next time."

"We arrrived in the evening and the room was very clean and had the two seperate beds we asked for in our booking. The breakfast was wide, with both Greek and continental dishes. The staff was very friendly."

"We had a great time. The main building of the resort was beautiful, clean and modern. I really would have loved if the clerk had upgraded my room to it, the whole stuff was very professional and friendly in every single detail. A great experience to repeat in the future maybe next summer and I recommend 100% this hotel."

"The studio where we were upgraded looked a bit old, especially the bathroom. We also needed only a room with closet and bathroom as we didn’t need a kitchen as we eat all time in the restaurants. But maybe the price we paid didn’t give us the room we wished. Thus, in Thalassa restaurant, there were no coffee spoons, we had to ask for it every morning."
