"The location close to Caldera is great. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house which is a traditional cave house. It is very big for Santorini and impeccably clean."

The hosts and personnel are very nice and accommodating, the hotel is located at about 15' of walk from the bus station, our room was clean, in fact the whole accomodation was clean (and cleaning was done everyday). I don't know why other people gave low reviews, this is a budget hotel that is clean, safe and comfortable, if you want luxury services go and choose an accomodation on caldera. Some people complained about the mattresses being too uncomfortable, indeed they were a bit solid but comfortable. If you want a safe, comfortable location, I recommend Hellas Hotel. The doors were locked with a classic key which we found safer than having a contactless card key. We were 2 girls but I can say that even solo traveler women would be and feel safe here. Also if you like cats, you may have some visitors (look at the photo attached) 😂"

"Would have been perfect if our room (that was on the ground floor) had a curtain and the bathroom is small, it didn't bother us but keep that in mind. Also would have been perfect if the accomodation had a shared kitchen where we could cook and if the pool had central heating cause in this period of the year sun couldn't heat the pool enough to enjoy the water (I think the temperature of the water was below or around 20 degrees)"

"In the end it''s all about the people really and Irene is a genuinely lovely lady from the meet and greet to the fond farewell. Hotel is spotless and enjoyed a late night swim in the pool."

"The staff contacted us in advance of arriving to arrange a collection direct from the airport. They greeted us when we arrived and gave us helpful directions around the area. They were very friendly and welcoming and when we checked out in the morning they arranged for a taxi to take us to the port and allowed us to keep our bags on site while we explored more of the town before leaving. Our room was the 4 bed economy room, which suited us perfectly since we were only there for the night. The room was clean, had a fridge to keep our water and drinks cool and a balcony to sit out and enjoy the evening. All in all, it was a wonderful stay at a great price with exceptional service"

"We like it because its quite, it is clean the place is nice and have some view of Santorini. We like the pool so much but it is one of the deepest pool we have experienced. We like the location, just a walk away from center of Fira. Staff are nice and the owner is very helpful and accommodating and very considerable."
