Dit rustige, gezellige etablissement wordt beheerd door een familie en ligt op slechts 150 meter van het centrale plein van Chora. Het Avanti is vredig gelokaliseerd in het bovenste gedeelte van de Chora en biedt schitterend gezicht op het stadje en gedeeltelijk panorama op de Egeïsche Zee. In deze serene omgeving kunt u ontspannen bij het zwemgedeelte of waarderen een drankje aan de bar. Alle wooneenheden hebben een eigen balkon met panoramisch horizon op het traditionele Chora. Rond het aquatische ontspanningszone van het Avanti vindt u mooie hoekjes met veel bloemen en schitterend horizon. Een van de bekendste stranden van het eiland, Mylopotas, is vanaf Chora in slechts 5 minuten rijden te bereiken.

"Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was erg mooi. We hadden een mooie, ruime kamer (junior suite) met een comfortabel bed. Ruime badkamer en fijn balkon. Bij het zwembad was het heerlijk rustig. Heel fijn om een paar uurtjes door te brengen."

"Very nicely decorated rooms and outdoor areas. Nice view from balcony over chora and the sea. Short walk into chora, with everything you need of shops, supermarket, cafés and restaurant, bars etc. Ios town is such a cute town, and you can also walk 20 min to Mylopotas beach which is a great sandy beach. In October I had the whole beach to myself, but guess it is more busy in high season. Margherita, the hostess was also very friendly and picked me up in the port at arrival and offered to drive me at departure. Would higly recommend to everyone. Would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Ios."

"Everything was perfect. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the main town, the facilities were amazing including the big pool and lounge areas, the rooms were well equipped with everything, daily cleaning service. Katerina was an amazing host. She kindly refunded us a night as our ferry got cancelled. She also collected us from the port and organised taxis for us. It was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area gets sun all day for tanning"

"Such a beautiful family run business, they were always so happy to greet you, help with booking restaurants and organise transfers. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pool was so lovely to sit around all day, location was great- a short walk into the main town and the daily housekeeping was such a nice touch!"

"Bijzonder vriendelijke host, erg behulpzaam en gastvrij. Fijn dat de accomodatie een eigen parkeerplaats heeft. Gratis koffie en thee is ook heerlijk. En de bedden sliepen fantastisch. Alleen de badkamer zou gemoderniseerd mogen worden."

Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"De ligging was erg mooi. Restaurant en zwembad waren mooi met prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Ons appartement had ook een goede ligging. Denk niet dat alle appartementen dat hebben. Wij hadden een app dat nog niet gerenoveerd is maar het was een prima plek. Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel! Goed ontbijt!"
