Seafront Residences

"Seafront Residence is rustig gelegen, vlakbij het strand en ongeveer 3km naar het toeristisch centrum. Je kan daar makkelijk heen met een taxi vanuit het hotel (D600 retour). Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was 1 klamboe aanwezig (wij hadden zelf nog 2 meegenomen voor op de kamer van onze kinderen). Je kan goed eten in het naast gelegen Lamin Creek hotel met ontzettend vriendelijke manager Fugi."

"Het restaurant was ongezellig en lang wachten, enkel 1x gegeten. Het appartement is ruim en schoon, de keuken is minimaal ingericht maar goed voor een ontbijtje te maken in de ochtend. Vlakbij ligt een fijn + klein supermarktje als je vanuit de accommodatie naar de grote weg loopt links ca. 300m, daar krijg je o.a. verse eieren + brood). Natuurlijk zijn er af en toe wat kleine ongemakken (bijv. lekkende kraan, krakende bedden/deuren, schuifpui die moeilijk sluit etc) maar niks heel vervelends."

"All the staff were very friendly from the chaps on the gate to the cleaners and ground maintenance men. The apartment was very spacious and the bed was massive and very comfy. There is loads of out door areas to relax, the pool area was clean with an attendant there throughout the day who supplied towels for the sunbeds. Easy access to the beach. The apartment has 2 large balconies with a table and chairs on one. They have a tour guide onsite who organised all our outings for a good price and arranged a taxi for us to call on whenever we needed him."

"The apartment is in need of an upgrade, the shower over the bath was difficult to access and one slip would be a trip to A&E. Towels were threadbare at times and limited (although clean), only 2 towels for the bath and no hand towels for either of the bathrooms or kitchen. We didn't always get a floor towel for the bathroom (even when we asked for one) and the shower leaked badly from the shower screen which caused a slip hazard. There was no washing machine as advertised."

"I was really lucky to find this serviced apartment. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The whole place is quiet and relaxing — perfect as I needed to unwind and get a good night’s sleep. The pool is well kept and private for only residents, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back when I need to get away from it all."

"I’ve been staying here on and off for the past five years, and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The pool is now for residents only, which is fantastic — sometimes you get the whole place to yourself to read or unwind without any noise or crowd. The staff and services tick all the boxes for me. There’s a good breakfast during the tourist season, but since it’s a serviced apartment, you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. Great location, calm and ideal for working or relaxing away from home. Overall, a consistently excellent stay with amazing staff and service."

"Just what I needed for a quiet getaway to relax and reset. All was in order as expected, and the minimarket was nice and handy to have. The gardens are my favorite part, and my apartment was situated right in the midst of it. Thank you, SF team. will be back for sure. Grazie!"

"I love these apartments! Great location, little shop to grab last-minute supplies, the apartments are clean, spacious and have everything you need for self-catering. I was booked into one of their newly renovated apartments, which was nice. There is also a nice cosy lounge/restaurant, should you need breakfast (but you have to notify in advance during the low season, I am told). The Property is ocean front. Best part is the pool...So quiet and private, it's only for residents' use. Thank you, team Seafront, as always."

"Clean and super spacious accommodation with stunning gardens and ocean views, lovely gardens with lots of seating and lounge spots. Very big pool to lounge or sleep around undisturbed. The property is very safe and the staff are very attentive to your needs. Units were very comfortable with a few very minor issues, which were very quickly resolved. Lovely golf course at the Fajara Club, which the reception arranged for us. Enjoyed the coffee shop for breakfast and sandwiches during the day. The property has a helpful night manager who can arrange takeaway orders with restaurant recommendations etc, for you when you cannot be bothered to go explore. Will definitely be booking long-term here once i am ready to relocate to The Gambia for work."

"Came to The Gambia for work and wanted a living space I could walk around in whilst I had meetings, etc Rooms are super clean and tidy. Housekeeping lovely. The complex is tranquil with few apartments, and at times, I had the entire pool to myself! The location of this residence is perfect, beachside with only a 5-minute taxi ride to shops/bars/restaurants in Senegambia. You can take a walk down the coastline, which takes slightly longer. There is also a shop in the complex where you can buy what you need to prepare whatever you need in the apartment. If you need a good cup of coffee, there is a lovely little lady in the coffee shop called Awa who prepares a mean cappuccino. I had some of my meetings here. Many thanks, I would for sure stay again on my next business trip."
