"Im a contractor, iv traveled far and wide with work comitnents over the years, leith house is a great place to stay. Resonable prices with great rooms, the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Very close to all.the eminities you will need, If your staying in edinbrugh i highly recomend leith house for your stay you wont regret it."

"Great location offering comfortable, very clean and warm accommodation. This is the sort of property I find characteristic of Edinburgh - true some parts are a little dated, but for the price thats not a problem. And it adds to the atmosphere. Although my room had a modern waterfall shower and bathroom and an excellent very new looking mattress which was deep and comfortable. Towels were high quality and changed every day along with the bed being made. The location is really convenient for the city centre and the tram. I had a great stay and have no criticisms."

"Is a short walk outside of Edinburgh, but going down the main road has a lot of lovely shops/cafes/bars to go into. Room is cozy and has all you need, and bathroom is great also. Was super clean when I arrived and is more than warm enough through the nights. Staff were super helpful and attentive at check in. Recommend!"
"Would be great to have an earlier check in availability, but is the same stated at booking. Also slightly expensive for the double room for a night, bur understand it's in keeping with the area."

"De host Jef is erg vriendelijk, het continentaal ontbijt is goed en je kunt gewoon zelf pakken. Ook een kop thee of koffie maak je klaar in zijn keuken. Het was er gezellig."
