Het Champneys Heznlow ligt op een afgepositioneerd locatie, op het platteland van Bedfordshire, net buiten Letchworth. Het resort is uitsluitend voor volwassenen en biedt de beroemde Champneys Thermaal Bad met een groot buitenzwembad, bubbelbaden en stoombaden. Gasten kunnen waarderen persoonlijk afgestemde therapieën, zoals het prestige wasbad van Champneys. De slaapverblijven hebben een prestige badkamer met signature Champneys toiletartikelen. "Had to step into bath for shower (not sure if all rooms are like this, I assume not) and shower head wasn’t brilliant at distributing water evenly. Shower gel in bathroom was empty so had to use the one by the sink"

"Hotel is beautiful, gorgeous surroundings and very peaceful. Room was immaculate but could do with a fridge and an upgrade on the mattress. It felt quite old and the springs were coming through slightly. The reception staff were lovely and very pleasant."
"The restaurant staff were a bit all over the show and didn’t really know what they were doing. The food however was unreal so no complaints from that side but the staff think we’re all knew to the job and got a couple of things wrong. Breakfast to the room was 20 minutes late and with us having to be in a meeting for 9am it made things a little rushed."

"Lovely location and grounds. Welcoming staff. Super pool and spa treatment facilities which my wife enjoyed. Good breakfast and again lovely staff. Crown pub with great restaurant down the road better than hotel restaurant."
"The restaurant area is not great as was some of the food which was underwhelming. No beers served on so called health grounds given wine and cocktails served. The bedrooms are small as are bathrooms. Overpriced for what you get. Treatments are way too overpriced even though my wife enjoyed. I think we pay to stay at a top end place that in reality isn’t all as it seems. Nice place but not that spectacular."

"I did not eat or partake in any of the excellent activities on offer at Champneys. I really enjoyed the setting of the hotel. Peaceful and serene. Outstanding for just wandering around the grounds. The room was comfy and the toilet was of good size."
"I would love every hotel in the world to have a Nespresso machine in each room. Alas this hotel did not put one in my room. Not putting anything else down as they are doing it right.!"
