"Deze plek heeft ons zeer aangenaam verrast. Het was voorzien van alle comfort: Fantastisch, uitgebreid ontbijt, proper kamers, vriendelijke uitbaters, heerlijk zwembad, keuken ter beschikking indien je zelf iets wil maken, rustige locatie, airco, parking,.... zelfs zonnecréme, handdoeken en slippers voor het zwembad waren voorzien. Een aanrader voor iedereen! Een adresje om te onthouden!"

"De locatie was in 1 woord : Geweldig! Wat een schitterende plek, alles klopt daar. Heerlijk ontbijt en als je liever zelf iets te eten maakt voor de lunch of diner i.p.v. uit eten gaan dan kan dat in de grote woonkeuken of je maakt gebruik van de bbq. Nicole en Giles zijn zo gastvrij en vriendelijk. Echt genoten daar en hoop nog eens terug te gaan."

"Prachtige omgeving waar een hoop te beleven is, maar waar je ook heerlijk tot rust kunt komen! De accommodatie is fantastisch mooi. Het is er schoon en het ontbijt is heerlijk. De gastheer en gastvrouw ontvangen je met open armen. Het is niet moeilijk om je hier thuis te voelen. Je kunt er zelfs jeu de boules spelen! Aanrader!"

"Het was fantastisch! De ontvangst en gastvrijheid waren subliem! Zeer smaakvol ingericht met oog voor detail. Het ontbijt, zwembad, omgeving alles was top! Voor ons was het meer dan een tien, we komen zeker terug."

"This is an exceptional guest house/ B&B. The old barn tastefully restored by the hosts with the incredible attention to detail. The facilities on offer are second to none! Fully equipped , spacious dining hall, (which you can use throughout the day), beautifully decorated lounge and bedrooms. Super comfortable bed and a quality pure linen bedclothes meant we had a really restful sleep. The breakfast here is excellent and plentiful and there is an unlimited offer of tea/coffee throughout the day. The property also has a secluded swimming pool area which we , unfortunately, didn’t use enough as we were too busy exploring many cultural/historical attractions this area has to offer. Nichole and Gill are the most relaxed, gracious and helpful hosts and they made us feel truly welcome in the Ratatouille! If you’re travelling this way, you can’t go wrong by booking this accommodation! We hope to be back someday too!"

"We chose Ratatouille because it is located close-by to where our parents live. We were all attending a celebration for them and so it was very convenient. It is a beautiful property set in gorgeous, tranquil countryside. The quality of the whole place is exceptional. Both the interior and exterior of the buildings wouldn’t be out of place in the pages of a magazine. The architecture, finishes and furnishings are a real credit to Nicole and Gilles. They have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is immaculately clean. The swimming pool is amazing. The breakfast plentiful and the bedrooms wonderfully comfortable. The hosts are just delightful in every way."

"Sarah was a phenomenal host and I can't recommend her or her property enough! The place was stunning and with so much attention to detail. Sarah really helped us out when we couldn't get a cab and provided lunch to us, which we hadn't expected, before the wedding we were attending. She went out of her way to help us. The lunch and breakfast were both beautifully presented and delicious! Thank you Sarah for being so kind to us - we both really appreciated everything you did for us, and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful guest house."

"De mensen van het verblijf zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 's Avonds na een motor rit door de sneeuw gezellig met ze bij de houtkachel een biertje gedronken. De volgende ochtend zag ik dat mijn motor een slokje olie kon gebruiken, Frank had deze op voorraad en kon mij gelijk helpen."
