"This is a beautiful, tastefully and comfortably restored house built in the 1257. It is situated in the bastide town of Montflanquin and is only steps away from a boulangerie, friendly bars and restuarants, and a well stocked epicerie. The weekly market on a Thursday morning in the town square sells wonderful local farm produce and artisan goods. Monflanquin is a good base to explore the other charming bastide towns and the local region. Geraint and Charlotte are great hosts and all the information we needed about the house was in the Wecome Book. We loved the thoughtful gifts left to greet us on our arrival."

"What an amazing experience, staying at Maison St Claire! It felt like stepping back in time - such a beautiful house filled with history and charm. A comfortable lounge, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a top floor bedroom with single bed and lovely rooftop terrace with stunning views. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was literally home from home. Also a toilet in the kitchen which is handy. The hosts very kindly left us milk, wine and orange juice (all the essentials) A bakery in the next road serves coffee and pastries for breakfast if you don’t want to self cater. And plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The whole village is beautiful!"
"There is absolutely nothing to dislike! The house is stunning. The only think I would say is that the stairs are quite steep, so if you aren’t very mobile then getting up and down between the floors might be difficult. But we absolutely loved it. I didn’t want to leave!"

"Bel appartement très confortable, et clair avec de jolies vues, calme, parfait pour deux personnes. Emplacement central, pratique pour nos déplacements à la station de ski du Revard en bus et découverte d’Aix-les-Bains. Hall d’époque magnifique. Propriétaires très accueillants et charmants."
"Een rustige natuurlijke omgeving met een mooi uitzicht. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenares die ook voor en na ons verblijf klaar stond om vragen te beantwoorden. Het knusse en gezellige huisje voorziet in alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs de basis behoefte van de mensen in een huisje zoals olie, koffie, zeep, etc. zijn aanwezig in de huiskamer vind je zelfs kast vol met spelletjes en boeken(allemaal in het Frans). Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om zowel de stad Parijs en Disney te bezoeken. Als ook te ontspannen op het idyllische Franse platteland. In het dorpje vind je voldoende faciliteiten zoals diverse restaurants, supermarkten en een directe treinverbinding met Parijs."
"Loved the property- super clean, modern and easy. The hosts had thought of everything- dishwasher & washing machine tablets, coffee and a little sweet also! Towels available also. Really lovely stopover for us on the way back to Calais to return to the UK"
"Situé dans un petit village picard très calme, vous n êtes cependant pas loin des commodités (intermarché à 5mn en voiture, friterie à 2 mn à pied et distributeur de pain automatique à 2 pas de la maison). La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée.Le jacuzzi, super ! Aurore est très sympathique et de bons conseils pour les sorties dans la région .Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours et nous y retournerons l'année prochaine. Et encore merci aurore d'avoir accepté notre petit chien ."
