"Het was best lastig binnen te komen. Ten eerste om het juiste adres te vinden. Tip: parkeer de auto in de buurt en loop naar de accommodatie. Ten tweede: het hele verhaal van de conciërge goed doorlezen en met paspass kom je makkelijk binnen. De sleutel blijkt in de brievenbus te zitten met een password, gegeven door paspass. Wij vroegen hulp in het Frans aan de chef van het restaurant maar dit werd duidelijk niet gewaardeerd."

"Dat gezellig pleintje gaf tot laat in de avond veel lawaai en dus hadden we oordoppen nodig om te slapen. Locatie is moeilijk te bereiken met de auto."

"Correspondence was through an app called City Pass, which was OK once I got used to it with little videos to help in getting access to the property. I would have liked to have met the owner/manager to get a personal feel rather than through messaging on the app. The toiletries provided were inadequate for a 4 night stay for 2 people."

"The location was good, right next to the cathedral and close to a street where we could park - payment needed until 6pm then free. The apartment was very beautifully renovated and modernised, without losing its simplicity and particular character. A delightful space to be in."

"There was no breakfast, which I had expected. We found the checking in system a bit complicated - it was mainly in quite technical French which didn't help. When we did find out which was the box to open, the video was useful."
