"Mooie plek in een groter, ouder herenhuis. Hele aardige ontvangst, heerlijk ontbijt. Inrichting wat meer ouderwets, maar prettig en alles is aanwezig, ook mogelijkheid om thee te zetten. Mooie dorpjes eromheen, vlak in de buurt allemaal mogelijkheden om te eten of iets te drinken. Aan de Loire, maar je kijkt uit op de tuin."

"Marie was so lovely and met us at the door when we arrived. The property is beautiful, and we had a lovely spacious comfy ensuite room. Marie served a lovely breakfast of bread and pastries in the morning. We also got to meet her sweet dog :) Would definitely recommend staying here in the stunning village of Montsoreau. Do a walk around the village (and neighbouring Candes St Martin) as it’s very beautiful. Also would recommend eating at Le Montsorelli which is a 3 min walk from the property. Great food and service!"

"The breakfast was excellent and the location was great (quite literally opposite the Loire River which was 20m away) and parking was easy - right across the road and next to the river. The town (actually large, medieval village, set on the hillside overlooking the Loire River) is just beautiful."
"The shower was not quite working properly (Marie - the owner - had warned us as she showed us around the apartment); I know that she was 'désole' about this and will put it right, but honesty demands that I mention it."

"Het is een comfortabel appartement in het centrum van Bayeux. Er is ook een prachtige tuin waar het met goed weer goed toeven is. Het appartement is goed uitgerust qua keuken en sanitair en het dubbele bed is prima. Winkels zijn vlakbij en op anderhalve kilometer richting centrum zijn een aantal goede restaurants te vinden."

NL: Een fijn contact met de eigenaars, een rustige omgeving die uitnodigt tot wandelen en fietsen. En: Straatsburg is niet ver!"
