"Michele, our host, was very welcoming and friendly and made our stay feel like a home away from home. The apartment facilities were excellent and extremely comfortable , especially the kingsize bed. The apartment was very well located in the old town, close to shops, the market place and good restaurants. Contained behind a high wall the apartment was very secure and even though you are in the heart of the city it is also very quiet."

"Beautiful old apartment in old part of town. Central to restaurants and markets. Small town with loads of history, close to vineyards, Pont du Gard. Really enjoyable stay. Car parked in car park nearby but was able to bring car to front gate for luggage. Very helpful host."

"Breakfast wasn’t included in the price of our room, but the room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We had a small mini fridge, which was all we needed or anyone would need for a short stay. Our host was very helpful and friendly and there to support us with anything we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay and would go back again."

"The beautiful apartment in an 18th century house is immaculately kept and beautifully decorated by the wonderful host Michele, who is thoughtful in providing accommodation with many extra home comforts. She is very helpful regarding places to visit in Avignon, and our attempting to communicate in French, although she has excellent English. It is in a central location in the old town close to monuments, and many great cafes and restaurants. In the height of summer and the busy annual theatre festival of Avignon it was an oasis to return to, and the private lounge area, and air conditioned bedroom were wonderful, quiet escapes from the bustling, hot town. We slept exceptionally well in the quiet, cool bedroom. Excellent bathroom and shower also."

"A wonderful chance to glimpse the lifestyle of a contemporary artist living in an historic house in the old town of Avignon. The 'room' is a beautifully decorated private suite within the house, very secure, comfortable and well situated. Michele, the host was fabulous and when I ran into her on the streets during the FÊTE DE LA MUSIQUE she gave me an amazing tour of the city, a midsummer night's dream long to be remembered with music in every square and alley ranging from house to jazz! Sublime, merci 💗"

"fabulous central location in old town close to all ammenities , can walk to everything history of the building as told by the owner eclectic decor made it warm and welcoming owner was very generous with her time and local knowledge to make sure we saw/did both tourist and known to local only attractions self catering easy with a very well stocked kitchen laundry if needed large bedroom with beautiful linen on the comfy extra large bed sitting room and courtyard added to peaceful ambience"

"We were very impressed with the standard of accommodation and its central location, and also with the helpfulness of the delightful hostess Michèle. All of our rooms at the apartment in the solidly built private house (kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, sizeable bedroom) were all tastefully decorated and adorned with all sorts of artefacts. We self catered in our apartment which was very easy. Michèle was a genial and generous hostess - very knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfasts were delightful. We would stay there again!"
