"Wat een prachtig kasteel is dit in een mooie omgeving. De kasteeleigenaar heeft ons veel goede adviezen gegeven waar we naar toe konden gaan dat maakt dat je zelf niet hoeft te zoeken en je echt een vakantie gevoel hebt. Verder is het interessant te horen van de eigenaar hoeveel restauratie werk het heeft gekost om het kasteel , wat een bouwval was weer in een mooie staat met oog voor design te herstellen.."

The ceilings have been hand-painted to recreate turn of the century atmosphere, and then blended with modern light fittings and pared-down rustic textures. We also appreciated the latest technology, like phone charging-points in the bedrooms and digitalised air-conditioning. The best of old and new!"
