"This B&B was just amazing and we will definitely use/recommend it! The owner, Karine, is very friendly, helpful & full of energy and we so much enjoyed her and her zest for life! Breakfast is basic, but it was good and filled the necessary spot to kick-start the day! Thank you Karine for that personal touch each morning! Everything was just spotless... from our room to the shared bathroom! We loved the decoration of our room - was so peaceful and the bed/bedding perfect! The B&B is in a very quiet area (with a cemetery as neighbour!) and within easy reach of the public transport (direct #13 trainline to use to get into Paris only 5-8min walk away) Also a small supermarket just around the corner if anything needed It's also surrounded with little pubs/cafés/restaurants."

"I had a wonderful stay at Karine’s guesthouse. The welcome was warm, and she was extremely friendly throughout my visit. The room was well-equipped, the place felt very secure, and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Lovely host who was really helpful and provided great breakfast every day at time requested. Everything felt extremely flexible and location was close to metro without being too busy like central Paris."

"No AC in room could get bad during heatwaves. (Fan was provided). Didn't prove to be problem for us though. Shared bathroom and toilet can be dealbreaker for some, but again, was only minor inconvenience for us and mostly shower was available whenever needed (due to small number of rooms)"

"The room was great and the hosts were very friendly and helpful! The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls are thin, so if there are other guests, you will hear them closing doors and moving around. Also the breakfast options were a bit limited for our standards, but would recommend the stay."
