"Rustige plek maar toch op korte loopafstand van Cotignac. Het huis heeft charme, maar biedt de kwaliteit van een "nieuwe" woning. Alles is compleet en werkt goed en zelfs de horren dichten goed af, dat is vaak niet zo. Wandelroutes starten direct vanuit het huis. Prima week gehad."

"We had a very happy stay at the Bastide Derroc . Patrice made us very welcome with good recommendations of places to visit and the house felt very much like home by the time we left. Cotignac is a charming village and is only a 10 minute walk along country paths so we were able to walk into the village for dinner or to collect bread and croissants in the morning. As we were there in the middle of February we were not able to take full advantage of the outside seating areas and pool area which were all very pretty and comfortable but the open fire in the sitting room made the evenings very cosy. Lots of pretty villages to visit within a half hour radius - we recommend the Abbaye de Thoronet, Moustiers Sainte Marie, the Lac de St Croix, Entrecasteaux and St Martin de Pallieres - both the latter have a chateau to visit although they were closed for the winter when we were there so could only admire from the outside."

"We loved everything about the house, outside sitting and eating areas, wonderful pool and perfect location (literally a stroll into the beautiful village of Cotignac). The property was spacious for our family group of 8, with a brilliant big open plan well-equipped kitchen/diner, lovely sitting room and 4 double bedrooms. We had the most amazing week. "Superbe séjour en famille dans cette villa spacieuse, plein de cachet, parfaitement équipée. Grand terrain parfaitement entretenu, piscine bien exposée, nombreux jeux pour les enfants. Chemin piéton permettant de rejoindre en moins de 10 min à pied le centre de Cotignac, magnifique village avec nombreux commerces , bars et restaurants."

"This was a wonderful property. It is stylishly decorated, roomy and ell equipped. The terrace was perfect to relax on with lots of umbrellas for shade. We travelled with two teenage girls who loved the whole ambience of the place and they were delighted to have their own showers and space so we weren’t on top of each other. It was in a superb position just minutes from the shops but on a suburban street, and a short stroll to the nearest beach and the oyster cabins with the cycle route to the coast steps away. We all didn’t want to leave! Thank you Fabienne for a fantastic holiday we will definitely return x"
"We spend here several days and explored the French Riviera, having this place as the main base:) The location is perfect, it's very calm, there's the beach over the road and two supermarkets in 10-minute walk distance. There's a quite functional kitchen in the apartment, so we cooked there. And there's a large balcony with enough place for breakfast or morning yoga:)"
