"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Rayan. The villa is situated in a perfect location for everything you need. Very clean and spacious. It was very quiet and well secluded. We would definitely stay here again and the stay was very attentive, thank you"

"Our host was exceptionally attentive and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Having a spacious common room to enjoy relaxed evenings with our group was very pleasant, and the two bathrooms were particularly convenient."

"The appartment is advertised as suitable for six guests and while it works, we were a bit surprised to find one of the double beds located directly in the main common room, a detail not entirely clear from the listing images. Also: While the pool is labeled as an "indoor swimming pool" - as clearly shown in the images it is "just" a private outdoor pool :)"

"The location is excellent. It is a short walk from the El Kauther area, which has an abundance of great restaurants and shops and is a lovely place to visit in the daytime and evening."

"Lovely Villa, very comfortable. Whole garden is surrounded by a high hedge which makes the property very private even though you are located close to the shops and retaurants. Nice pool (3m x 5m) which has a fence surrounding it. Sayed the owner is very helpful, even took us for a tour of the local sights. Always sends a message to tell you when they are coming to do Pool Cleaning/Watering etc."

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rayan. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder was praktisch für Familien und Paare ist. Ein sehr schöner Pool mit Garten der nicht einsehbar ist. Haben die Privatsphäre sehr geschätzt, Der Strand ist in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso das Zentrum. Der Gastgeber Sayed war zwar nicht vor Ort, aber sein stellvertreter Sawat war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn ein Problem auftrart. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Der Vermieter der Villa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Anlegenheiten .Er hat uns sogar persönlich vom Flughafen zur Villa gebracht. Die Kinder hatten große Freude am Pool. Die Lage der Villa ist zudem sehr günstig und in der Nähe von allem,was man braucht."

"It was nice to stay at avilla Rayan. We enjoyed the pool, privacy, its completely private and protected from all the sides, the house was so clean upon arrival and it was a warm welcome from Sayed. Location is perfect, near from the shops and all attractions on the promenade. Definitely we will be back again."

"Die Lage der Villa ist gut gelegen. Man hat einen eigenen Gartenbereich und einen Pool. Die Villa ist zweckmäßg eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Fahrer Safwat ist mega - und erfüllt wirklcih jeden Wunsch. Hierfür nochmals vielen lieben Dank für alles. Einziges Manko waren in einem Zimmer die Betten - hier war sowohl der Lattenrost wie auch die Matratze nicht optimal."

"Mr. Sayed was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The Pool area was outstanding, and the view from our room was breathtaking. me and my family really enjoyed our stay in the Villa and we loved the convenient location close to major attractions."
