"Wat mij het meest beviel was hoe vriendelijk de eigenaar is, Amr. Al vooraf contact met hem gehad via WhatsApp over het verblijf en hij doet erg zijn best je overal het beste bij te geven. En het uitzicht tijdens je diner en ontbijt is echt uniek! 3 piramides om naar te kijken zo mooi! Airco werkte enorm goed, WiFi was beter dan verwacht na wat nu naar mijn mening oneerlijke reviews. Amr heeft zelfs cadeau meegegeven voor mijn familie echt super aardig! En als je wat nodig hebt staan ze direct voor je klaar. Aanrader dus!"
"Als je niet je uitjes bij hem boekt, dan hoor je dat ook wel tijdens je verblijf in het hotel. Opzich wel logisch, hij moet ook verdienen. Ik zelf vindt online alles regelen nu eenmaal makkelijk."

"Beetje achterbuurtje. WiFi werkte nauwelijks en koelkast was vergeten schoon te maken, erg vies met etensresten van vorige gasten. De tours die het hotel aanbiedt kun je beter elders boeken. Hij weet het goed te verkopen maar ook goed te rekenen. De eerste dag was best goed, maar de tweede kregen we opeens een auto zonder airco, chauffeur die geen Engels sprak en werden we steeds op straat uit de auto gezet om dan zelf maar de bezienswaardigheden op te zoeken. Vervolgens bleek hij de helft meer gerekend te hebben dan afgesproken. Na een hoop discussie bood hij aan dan nog een korte tour gratis te doen, waar hij de volgende dag toch weer geld voor wilde hebben. Niet betaald natuurlijk."
"The view from my room was beautiful, I could see the giza pyramids. It was connecting to the main road, easy to commute and all great restaurants are nearby. About the owner, he is a very humble and helping man. I also booked the full day giza pyramids tour from his travel brochure. The experience was amazing and everything from guide to lunch was well executed. I also took the motorbike ride, which was fun. The owner is a courteous man, I bought perfumes from him and he gave me a good deal!"

"The accommodation is in a very good location very close to the pyramids and the view from the terrace was incredible . The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Mr Amr , the owner of the apartments was very friendly and helpful in everything we needed from the first moment. He is making you feel like you are in your own home. You can also find with Mr Amr private tours for pyramids and many more. Plus he got some very good oils to buy which my mom loved them. I also wanna thank his nephew who drove me to the airport and helped me with my delayed flight and he even called from his private phone the flight company."
"The internet connection wasn't the best one and it's slow but I think it's a general problem in the area. There were not any chair in the room to sit down and no hangers to hang the clothes."

"It's a family-run hotel, and the owner, Amr, treats guests like family. He was able to resolve a serious problem caused by another agency with kindness and expertise. The excursions he provided (taxi service, Alexandria tour, jeep tour of the Fayoum oasis) were excellent. We actually had a dedicated driver and guide who pampered us and catered to our every need."

The breakfast was excellent, fried eggs, coffee/tee, water, vegetables etc- and served on the terrace at the roof top, with beautiful views of the pyramids. . Amr was really friendly and helpful, and responded quickly on what's app if we had any questions."

"I wasn't pleased with the strong smell of cigarette when I walked to the property ,there was no Internet I requested it twice, and he said he did the top up but no Internet at all. One day we walked in and there was no light we had to chase the landlord for the light and we end up sitting in dark for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The was no water on our first day and we had to call and ask no water on the tab.and it did happened twice .... I wouldn't recommend that place for the value of money we paid."
