"Het personeel was super vriendelijk en helpen je heel graag met al je vragen. Na check out daar nog mogen douchen en blijven wachten op dakterras tot we onze nachtbus konden nemen. Hele goeie sfeer met de andere backpackers."

"Ik kwam in Caïro om de stad te zien, een privé kamer met badkamer en toilet was voor mij genoeg. Het bed was prima, de deken heerlijk zacht en geen last gehad van geluiden van de stad. De douche was een beetje vreemd, (ingedeeld boven het toilet) maar je red je er vanzelf wel mee. Ik houd wel van bijzondere ontdekkingen, anders blijft alles ook maar zo 'normaal' ;) Het ontbijt is top, de medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, als je vragen hebt schromen ze niet je te helpen. Mijn bijzondere dank gaat naar Kholud, met haar sprankelende persoonlijkheid en inzet heeft ze mijn verblijf in Castle Hotel echt geweldig gemaakt- niets was haar teveel gevraagd. Het dakterras is zo geweldig, omdat je niet omsloten zit met gebouwen, er is wat vrij uitzicht en ademruimte. Heerlijk vertoeven 's morgens of 's avonds wanneer je terug komt van een lange dag in Caïro. ♡"
"1 nacht gehad dat het ontzettend gehorig was door gasten die super luidruchtig waren. Lachen, stampen, luid praten. Ik vind dat niet gepast als je in een hotel verblijft en daar mag wat mij betreft streng tegen opgetreden worden."
"Dit hostel is een grote aanrader. Aardige mensen, prima faciliteiten, een heerlijk ontbijt op het dakterras (wat een hele fijne plek was om te zitten). Ik kan het alleen maar aanraden. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is top. Verwacht niet de meest luxe badkamer, maar daar betaal je ook niet voor. Locatie was ook leuk. Midden in downtown Egypte, dus je bent omringd door mensen die er echt wonen in plaats van alleen maar andere toeristen. Metrostation is in de buurt, dus je kan overal gauw naartoe."

"Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. On-site security 24/7 makes the stay safer. They made me an early breakfast and coffee for an early morning tour. This was unexpected and very thoughtful. They also provided a very cost effective transport to the airport."
"They provided a list of activities that they can assist with booking a day before I arrived. His would have been more helpful a few days earlier. This did not detract from my short stay. I had already made bookings."
