"Het "waterpark" (zwembad + verschillende sauna's) was het toppunt van onze vakantie, we konden er heerlijk ontspannen. Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar kennis van het Engels is erg beperkt en wij spreken helaas geen Ests. Het ontbijtbuffet was middelmatig. We verbleven in een familiekamer, dat zijn twee kamers met een tussendeur, wat met twee tieners wel aangenaam was."

"Very kind and helpful staff. We really enjoy the pool and spa facilities, and both breakfast and dinner were good. However, the selection is a bit more limited compared to previous years. We can notice the difference as we have been visiting regularly since 2015."

"The bed was quite worn out and not very comfortable. Cleaning is done once per week, which is acceptable since there are garbage sorting bins in the corridor. For us, the main issue was the towels. Guests are expected to use the same towels for both the shower and the spa area. Since we typically shower twice a day and visit the spa twice a day, this becomes quite inconvenient. If the hotel follows an ecological approach, that is understandable—there are good examples of such systems in Scandinavian countries. However, in that case it would be helpful to have a room on each floor where guests could exchange towels, leave garbage, and take new garbage bags or toilet paper when needed. Currently, we had to “catch” staff members to arrange this, which worked but was not always convenient."

"The temperature in room was a bit high for our liking, tried setting lower temperature in thermostat which sort of worked, but also made fan noise louder. The smoke detector flashed very brightly illuminating room at night."

Spa bar employee was not there for long periods of time. breakfast waiter seemed annoyed that the guests move slow. as parking - barely could find parking, cars are parked with very big distances, like both could open doors and they would not touch, but not enough space for 3rd car in between"

"We came for one night to see a performance in the town's theater, not having time for spa services. The room was very clean but located at the far end of the property although I had booked it as early as August 2025. At such a long notice I would have expected a room at a more comfortable location. The breakfast and supper were very good, but we resented the pause between meals form 15.00-17.00 - not a comfortable gap for theater-goers."
