"Een schone, mooie hotel, rechtstreeks in een zeer mooie centrum van de prachtige stad Kuressaare. In het hotel alle benodigde aanwezig, ook voor de kinderen een hele mooie speelzaal. Alles is nieuw, schoon, modern, met de zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Al je wensen worden voldaan."

"Ik slaap thuis op harde matras, daar was matras naar zachte kant, moest even wennen, maar het was niet storend, ik sliep goed."

"Dit hotel was absoluut correct, rustig gelegen met gratis parkeerplaats, midden in Kuressaare. Wel was de kamer nogal onpersoonlijk, goed voor een kort verblijf. We hebben in Hotel Arensburg ontbeten, heerlijk."

"Located in the heart of the quaint island town of Kuressaare, this property offers a most unique stay experience.It is entirely based on a no reception based concept where guests are given a unique code to enter their rooms.All rooms overlook the main road.Hotel offers yoga amongst other activities. Rooms are designed with modern style. Bathrooms were really big in size.One can rent e-scooters to explore the historic town.The property has a well equipped kitchen where one can prepare his own meal.Walking distance to the main sites of the town, this property is the best choice for those who are looking for a modern stay in a historic town."

"A neat and clean hotel in a great location. A big advantage is that the hotel operates autonomously, with code access to the room, so you don’t have to carry a key card or share it with other family members. There is also a great common area with a kitchen and a children’s corner, which our kids really enjoyed. The hotel is pet-friendly, and our dog was even welcomed with some treats, which was a very nice touch. We also traveled with an electric car, so the charging station in the hotel courtyard was a big plus. The sound insulation is not very good, but since the hotel was not fully occupied during our stay, it was not an issue for us."

"The only downside was the shower drainage. The water does not drain properly, so after showering the entire bathroom floor becomes wet (there is a cleaning squeegee provided)."

"Good location, all basic needs are covered, nice big room (the family one). Self check-in/out works nicely."

"The doors/walls are not soundproof. Had an elderly person staying across the corridor and heard every last long dialogue they had in that room every couple of hours when the caretaker was there. Not helping when the purpose of your visit is work and focusing is much needed. You also know, when someone else is coming/leaving their room ;) Also, table lamp would ve much appreciated. On the pics the room seamed bright and had a lot of light. During those rainy fall days, the room was actually really dark and the ceiling lights didn’t work (as they were more for ambiance than to light the room)."

"No breakfast. Have to go to another hotel. ( To be fair - it's very close, just a couple of minutes walking) But you have to leave the building"
