"- comfortable bed, A/C, warm shower, good wifi - towel, soap, water to drink provided - kitchen, nice big bedroom - clean - they offer very affordable tours around the island (Sandro is very professional and knowledgeable guide; i joined tours guided in Spanish) - they help to book tours on other islands. They help to book ferries to other islands - supermarkets, bakery and few restaurants around"

"We knew this but It is a bit of a hike to town especially if you intend to walk further eg Tortuga bay. I think about a 15-20 walk. Worst thing, perhaps just to bad timing, was the noisy construction work on the floor above from about 7.30 am all day"

"Very good for the price. I had a spacious room for 4 people just for myself, with private bathroom. Very clean and well mantained. Free water. Wifi ok. The owner is a tour guide. Is 20 minute walking from the touristic spots so you are not overcharged when you do groceries is the area"

"Very kind and thoughtful owners, with the son being always down for a chat, the father an official park guide that can help with organizing trips and the mother taking great care of you to ensure your room is comfortable. Room is super clean and tidy, everyday they came in to tidy it up. The area has many little shops and food options, bustling with locals and no tourists, love it!"

"The neighborhood has many dogs that bark loudly throughout the night, but that's a minor inconvience."

"Besides a hostel they also have a sort of travel agency and they helped us a lot. We got some really nice discounts. The rooms are clean, spacious, have air conditioner, hot water and private bathroom."

"We had an issue with the gear we rented from there, but I think that was just unlucky. We like about everything about our accommodation. The distance from the center is only 15 min walk or 4 min taxi (every taxi only costs 1.5 usd). With the money we saved booking trips with our host we could have taken taxis everywhere. Another advantage of the location is prices for food. The food in that area is 3 or 4 times cheaper than on tge turist side, so again.. The location helped a lot."
