"De gastvrijheid was geweldig! We werden met open armen ontvangen en ze deden alles om het zo fijn mogelijk voor ons te maken. We vroegen of we om 05:30 uur konden ontbijten omdat we om 06:00 uur wilde gaan lopen en dat was absoluut geen probleem. Verder was er goede WiFi, een super heerlijke warme stortdouche, stopcontacten bij het bed en heerlijke maaltijden die inclusief de prijs waren. Wat krijg je veel voor wat je betaald zeg!"

"Incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality with clean facilities overlooking the valley. The family are so kind and and shared lots of stories about their community. They even gave us a tour of their beautiful veggie garden and Guinea pigs. Great outdoor seating for a beer at sunset. They also provided a lunchbox for the next day’s hike. Would 100% recommend!"

"The hostel is a little bit out of town, which is no problem, but just need to head right instead of left when you hit the highway on the final stretch of the day’s walk."

"Very warm and friendly family business, we had dinner together and some nice talks. Most of the food is grown organically behind the house. The hosts also gave good recommendations about the quilotoa hike. It looks like it is a little off the loop track but actually it is not, you just go up from the view point and you will be right there! The room was comfortable with view on the mountains. Highly recommend to stay here, I would have loved to stay longer"
