"Louisa was superaardig en alles was schoon. Een hele comfortabele keuken en fijne bedden. We hadden de ruimte en het was een comfortabel verblijf, dank voor alles!"

"De locatie is wat verder buiten het centrum. Daarnaast was er gedurende de hele nacht op zaterdag veel lawaai in de straat waardoor we slecht sliepen. De overige nachten was het rustiger. De temperatuur van de douche was wat lastig om te reguleren maar verder was het een fijn verblijf!"

"Lieve host die hard haar best doet om alles schoon en netjes te houden. Je kunt gebruik maken van een goed uitgeruste keuken en ze zorgt elke dag voor vers fruit!"

"Eigenlijk alles. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Alles was schoon. Kamer werd elke dag (naar wens) schoongemaakt, incl. Nieuw/schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Keuken was schoon en er stond vers fruit wat je gratis mocht pakken. Ook mocht je snorkelbenodigdheden lenen zonder extra kosten. Er was koud en warm water beschikbaar wat je kon drinken. Wasgoed laten uitwassen op verzoek, dit werd netjes afgeleverd tegen een kleine vergoeding."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and had a private bathroom with hot water and shampoo provided. The shared kitchen facilities were fully equipped including oil and coffee to share, and free bananas during our stay. The rest of the shared living area was clean and had a large sofa with a smart TV and drinking water fountain for refills. There were also spare snorkels and fins available. The host Luisa is very friendly and helpful. Luisa messaged us to organise an early check in, was easily contactable, and made us feel very welcome. This place is great value for money."

"Really good facilities with good shared kitchen and lots of utensils and equipment, a washing machine and shops just outside. They helped to arrange trips and were chatty and helpful while we were there. Only a short walk away from the main area, around 5-10 minutes. Good Wi-Fi and a nice clean bedroom."

"I had a great stay at Casa Puka. Luisa is an amazing host, very kind and helpful, and her family is adorable. She is always reachable via WhatsApp for everything and can suggest beaches, tours, taxi numbers etc. The place is very clean and my room was really spacious for one person. The hot water and air conditioning work very well, and the bed is comfortable. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen available to use, which is great considering how hot it was in San Cristobal! Fins and masks for snorkeling are also available to borrow for no extra cost. The place is around 10 min walking distance from the main streets by the muelle, and also 10 min away from Playa Mann. I would return if I went back to San Cristobal."

"The shared kitchen and room were both amazing, super clean and fantastic. Luisa the host is super friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and there is drinking water available to all guests which were our highlight, especially nice cold water!"

"Sometimes the shower goes cold if you have the air con on at the same time but it’s not a problem as the weather is so hot anyway! And the Aircon was right above the bed so sometimes it got breezy in the night, but it was impossible to sleep without the Aircon as it is so hot!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Puca. Luisa was an amazing host - always reachable via WhatsApp, very quick to respond, and incredibly helpful with organizing taxis and tours. She cleaned the room daily and regularly checked if we needed anything. The kitchen was very well equipped, even with basics like oil and salt, and we could borrow snorkeling equipment from the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which shows how great the service is. Luisa is extremely friendly and caring. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"
