"Het hostel is super en het personeel is erg vriendelijk! De vrijwilligers en de eigenaren zijn gastvriendelijk en voldoende mogelijkheden om te dansen en gezellig te zitten maar ook om je eigen rust te pakken"

"Hostel 23 voelt als één grote familie! De grote woonkeuken voelt heel huiselijk en is heel fijn om te gebruiken. Ik vond de hostelkamer ook heel fijn, fijn dat er een badkamer áán de kamer vast zat :) De bankjes overal werken heel uitnodigend en de sfeer is echt top! Ook fijn dat de accommodatie een beetje van de luide straat af ligt, lekker rustig zo."
"Zelf zou ik gordijntjes bij de bedden prefereren voor wat meer privacy, maar als je zelf een handdoek of sarong ophangt is dat ook opgelost. Misschien een extra toilet aan de slaapkamer zou ook fijn zijn. Het is wel fijn om hier eigen vervoer te hebben, want het strand en uitgaansleven liggen iets verderop. Verder echt een topverblijf. Niet twijfelen maar boeken!!"
"Het personeel is ontzettend liefdevol. Het klinkt haast cliché maar je voelt je echt thuis. De hosts wonen in het hostel en ik denk dat dat een groot verschil maakt daarin. Leuke activiteiten worden georganiseerd zoals het family diner en ik heb zelfs nog extra danslesjes kunnen nemen in het hostel. Is iemand uit het hostel jarig, dan wordt daar ook aandacht aan geschonken. Het is er ontzettend fijn, ik zou graag terug in de tijd willen en er weer een aantal dagen of zelfs weken verblijven."

"Loved the homelike athmosphere, the volunteers and owners are super nice and welcoming. The common area and kitchen are big and cozy, easy to make new friends here. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for an amazing stay, will be back for sure!!"
"Everytime someone showered, the bathroom and rooms floor got wet, it was hard not to come out of the shower without wetting the floor as there wasnt a proper bathroom carpet. Tho once we told the owner they came to clean the floor and left us a mop to dry the floor with."

"De camino desde Santiago a Las Terrenas elegimos este hotel para alojarnos una noche y no tener que hacer el viaje de una sola vez. Nos llevamos una gran sorpresa al entrar en este precioso resort completamente nuevo. Y qué maravillosa acogida y atención por parte y del personal de los dos propietarios que viven en una casa de estilo escandinavo en el propio terreno. Un apartamento grande y hermoso, una bonita piscina con bar y un precioso y romántico jardín, creado en lo que antiguamente fue una plantación de cacao. Las Tarranas es un pueblo verdaderamente típico dominicano en el campo, donde el tiempo parece haberse detenido en el siglo pasado: tranquilo, sencillo y encantador. Es increíble que este pequeño pueblo tenga una joya tan nueva como este apartotel. El restaurante del resort ofrece una carta muy sabrosa y con precios razonables. Nos quedamos una noche más de lo previsto y sin duda volveremos. Todo simplemente TOP."
