"Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer was super fijn en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het zwembad was fijn op het balkon!"

"Je zit aan drukke wegen, en het geluid komt er heel gemakkelijk doorheen. Het was beter geweest als er meer sound-proof deuren waren. Ook is er veel lichtinval in de slaapkamer en mag de fitness wel wat groter."

"The apartment was well appointed and clean, and the staff were excellent --they spoke fluent English and were always willing to help - the gym was small but probably the best hotel gym I have experienced in over 40 years of travel and over 50 countries. It was near a supermarket and walking distance to malls"

"The only two things that negatively impacted my stay were that the swimming pool was not open, but it was advertised in booking.com as being open . I spoke with staff about this, and they upgraded me to a better room.- so they did the best they could, but it should have been advertised that the pool was not open The construction work on the top level was pretty noisy during the day - but they are trying to improve their hotel so there was not much the coukd do about it"

"I was there 1 year ago and then there was no wifi on the 11th floor where the swimming pool and outdoor area are and I told them they had to get it but when I came back nothing had been done. it's too bad when you have wifi on all floors except 11."

"I loved the swimming pool on the roof, it was very clean and to be honest i loved it that it was all to myself lol. i loved it that it was on a high floor so i had a good view from my balcony.."

"there weren't many tv channels..very few.. utensils were very basic in the kitchen but i didnt have to cook so ok..i wish i had somewhere to put my toothbrush and toothpaste and other toiletries..rather than sitting on the edge of the sink. the receptionist was ok but not overly friendly and i had to go back downstairs to ask for the wifi password..she could have mentioned it..and give me a little introduction..but altogether fine"
