"Pluspunten waren vriendelijkheid van het personeel en overal best hygiënisch. Avondeten zeer verzorgd en voldoende variatie (met uitzondering van dessert, dit was soms wat eentonig). We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en ook aan de lobby waren ze steeds gastvrij."

"Lawaaierige kamer (eerste verdiep, open ruimte aan de lobby dus konden heel makkelijk lawaai horen en vaak ook geschuifel van stoelen/tafels boven onze kamer). Terras viel kleiner uit dan verwacht. Locatie was goed (vlakbij bushalte) maar wel nog een eindje van de Oude Haven (half uur op de bus zitten)."

"As it was the 31st December, in my room there was a bottle of red wine (KEO), a bottle of water and a small New Years cake. The breakfast was plentiful and well prepared."

"I had reserved a Family Room with an inland view; however, upon check-in I was informed that my room had been changed to an Executive Double Room with a marina view. While the view was an upgrade, the room layout was not suitable for our needs, as the children were unable to see the television from their beds. I would have appreciated being informed of the change in advance and consulted before the room was reassigned. Additionally, while a balcony view is preferable during the summer months, it is less important to us during winter stays."

"The place is perfect for a family with a Toddler. The kids club is a blessing. The private beach access, spa, mini-shop onsite and other activities make it extremely convenient. The Thai restaurant is beautiful in terms of decor with good food."

"The soundproofing isn’t the best which is a downside to being a family friendly place - kids are running around often."

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. They changed our room with no quibble or hesitation after I managed to book the wrong one!!"

"Great value for money (at least in December when we visited), very kind and helpful staff at both the main reception and the spa reception (big thanks to Luke and Roberto for making us feel at home!), great gym, and good breakfast. The location is convenient as it's not far from the motorway when traveling by car, and the seafront promenade by the hotel is really beautiful. It's also really easy to get to the old town by bus, with a bus stop right outside for those not visiting by car. The beds were really comfortable."

"Some parts of the hotel (including the rooms and the indoor swimming pool/spa area) feel a bit dated and it didn't feel like a 5* resort. Having said this, it didn't cost anywhere near as much as other 5* hotels, so it was excellent value for money and we would consider staying here again in the future."

"The sea view from our room was absolutely perfect, with both sunrise and sunset creating truly magical moments. Waking up to such scenery made our stay extra special. Breakfast was very good, offering a satisfying start to the day. We also had dinner at the Golden Monkey Restaurant, where the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Overall, a wonderful experience that we truly enjoyed and would happily recommend."

"The location is excellent, you avoid the in town traffic and its nice and quiet. The stuff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were excellent and the food was exceptional."
